CREAMY MACARONI AND CHEESE AND CHEESE AND CHEESE

Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni (or other small pasta)
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz cottage cheese
8 oz sour cream (I use Daisy...and sing the "dollop of Daisy" song)
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375.  Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente.  Drain.  In large bowl, stir together pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Spoon into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

Notes:  This can be made in the morning and baked just before dinner.  Prepare as directed, then cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. You might need to add a few extra minutes to get the dish bubbling hot, the way it should be.
